Welcome to the Balls System, the unique and dynamic scoring system used at Swish Draft! This system is designed to reward your fantasy basketball team for the real-life performance of your players. Every action, from scoring points to grabbing rebounds and making defensive plays, earns your team points. Here's how it works:

Offensive Contributions

  • Points Scored +1 point for each point
  • Assists +2 points for each assist
  • 3-Point Field Goals +2 points for each 3-point shot made
  • Free Throws Made +1 point for each free throw

Rebounds

  • Total Rebounds +1.2 points for each rebound
  • Offensive Rebounds +1.5 points for each offensive rebound
  • Defensive Rebounds +1 point for each defensive rebound

Defense & Hustle

  • Steals +3 points for each steal
  • Blocks +3 points for each block
  • Defensive Steals +3 points for each defensive steal
  • Defensive Blocks +3 points for each defensive block

Efficiency Bonuses

  • Field Goal Percentage Over 50% +2 points
  • Fast Break Points +1 point for each fast break basket

Milestone Bonuses

  • Double-Double +5 points (10+ points and 10+ rebounds/assists)
  • Triple-Double +10 points (10+ points, 10+ rebounds, 10+ assists)
  • Quadruple-Double +15 points (10+ points, 10+ rebounds, 10+ assists, 10+ steals/blocks)

Team Play Bonuses

  • Team Win +3 points for players on the winning team
  • Team Loss -2 points for players on the losing team

Penalties

  • Turnovers -1 point for each turnover
  • Personal Fouls -0.5 points for each foul
  • Missed Free Throws -0.5 points for each missed free throw
